By accessing or using StreamIngest ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

StreamIngest provides live streaming infrastructure services, including but not limited to:

• SRT/SRTLA ingest servers
• Automatic fallback video functionality
• Stream transcoding and delivery to third-party platforms
• Real-time stream monitoring and statistics

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Stream illegal or infringing content
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or abusive material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Violate the terms of service of connected platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.)

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees. Prices may change with 30 days notice. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any interruptions caused by third-party platforms or services.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. StreamIngest branding and technology remain our exclusive property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamIngest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
