Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new users. During the trial period:

  • No credit card is required to start
  • Full access to all features
  • No commitment - cancel anytime
  • Automatic conversion to paid subscription after trial ends (if payment method added)

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to the service until your paid period expires
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time before the period ends

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial months or unused time
  • Difference in pricing after a price change
  • Unused features or services

Exceptions

We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues on our end that prevented service usage
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Within 48 hours of first payment if service doesn't meet expectations

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant supporting information

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

6. Service Termination by Us

If we terminate your account due to violation of our Terms of Service:

  • No refund will be provided
  • Access will be revoked immediately
  • Any remaining balance will be forfeited

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
